Does the price include cost of shipping?
Yes, the price includes the cost of shipping back to you, after work is completed.

Can I drop the glove off to you?

Yes of course you can. Please drop the gloves off to the address below: The Athlete’s Source, 83 Stony Hill Road, Suite 105, Bethel, CT 06801 . The sneaker store is used as a drop off and pick up location for us @ We String It. Please note that they are a separate company, and cannot process payment for gloves that are dropped off or picked up. Payment must be made via the website prior to pickup.

How do I know what service I need?
If the lacing is intact, and is not broken a tune-up service is needed.
If the lacing is broken in 1 section of the glove a partial service is needed.
If the lacing is broken through-out the entire glove, a complete service is needed

How long will it take you to fix my glove?
The process time varies depending on the package that is chosen. Tune-Ups, Partial re-lace, and Complete re-lace typically takes about 3 to 5 business days to complete upon receipt of the glove. The works and the Works Plus packages can take 7-14 days.

How will you ship the glove back to me?
We use UPS and USPS as a standard means of shipping your glove back to you.

Can you fix rips & tears?
Yes we can fix most rips and tears. We ask that you first e-mail a photo so we can determine the severity of the tear, whether it is possible for us to fix it.

Can you fix broken webbing?
Yes we can fix and repair broken webbing.

Are catcher’s mitts, 1st base mitts, and Trapeze out-fielders mitts more expensive to fix?
Yes an additional five dollars is added to all service packages, except the Tune Up and The Works, because of the volume of lace that they need to be repaired.

Do you service softball and little league gloves as well?
We certainly can do softball as well as little league gloves.

Is different color lace available?
Yes, we offer a wide selection of color lace options. This option is available in the “Complete Relacing” and “The Works” package listed on the glove service page. The colors we have available are: Tan, Chocolate, Black, Red, White, Royal Blue, Maroon (ox-blood Primo Color) Grey/Silver, Gold/Yellow, Green, Kelly Green, Orange, Purple, and Pink.

Does custom color lace last as long?
All lace in every color is pre-treated before the installation process to ensure longevity.

Can you re-dye a glove to bring back the original color?
Yes, most gloves can be restored to near mint condition, this option is available in “The Works” package. See our before and after shots, to get an idea.

Do you guarantee your work?
We do, we guarantee the lace that we restring your glove with for up to 6 months after installation.
